The Math Lab allows students with learning disabilities the time and support needed to be successful in math. The Math Lab helps reduce anxiety levels in students by providing a semi self-paced course of study combined with individual instruction and support. The computerized Math Lab benefits the students by providing them with immediate feedback. It also assists students with memory deficits by allowing the repetition of material and providing continuous practice formats.

The Beacon College Math Lab utilizes the Web-based program ALEKS, which assesses students individually and continuously, ensuring that each students spends time on the math concepts that are most appropriate for him/her. Students engage with the material when it is most convenient for them, as the program is accessible 24 hours a day.
