What is an Ally?

"Allies" are persons who support the LGTBQIA+ community. Allies are cisgender or heterosexual persons who recognize the discrimination the LGBTQIA+ community faces. Allies are not a part of the LGBTQIA+ community but support the community and LGBTQIA+ causes by fighting for more inclusive legislation and practices.
